• If the goods shipped are correct and as described and the item is simply no longer required or you have changed your mind about it, please send the item back in its original condition, unopened / unused with all its original packaging. As long as these guidelines are met we will issue you a full refund.
• For goods which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 30 days from date of delivery via the eBay messaging system or no liability after this time will be accepted. We will provide a pre-paid tracked returns label for UK buyers. We will reimburse return postage costs up to the cost of Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for international buyers.
• In the unlikely event you have received the wrong goods in error please notify us within 96 hours from the date of delivery and please return the incorrect goods to us when it has been authorised. We will cover the return cost of the goods up to a maximum of the cost of Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48.
• No goods should be returned to us without contacting us first for authorisation.
• When a order is returned for whatever reason has been authorised by us, please send the goods back and include a copy of the invoice you have received or include a note with your eBay username, Delivery Postcode and a contact number which will enable us to process your return swiftly.
• We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods. Please pack all returns appropriately.
