Came with a camera bag I bought recently.  Someone took it apart, lost the diaphragm and the two screws that actuate it, and never got it back together.  Lens is actually in pretty good shape.  A couple of internal dust flecks.  Slight haze if you hold it right, no sign of mold.  No scratches, dings, dents.  No surface scratches.

Does not appear to be coated, but hard to tell.

Serial number 811403 which dates to 1950.

Received an update from fellow ebayer

Dear bruc_flem,

Hello, FYI...all Leitz lenses with serial #'s starting at 600000 are coated. This lens is coated. Pretty much, all lenses in general were coated after WWII ended...Good luck to you! Sincerely, Bob S.
