UK DELIVERYWe use Whistl,Royal Mail or Parcelforce, unless stated or selected otherwise. Please note, where the tracking is from Whistl the final delivery will still be made by Royal Mail. Whistl process parcels by size and location and delivery to the recipients nearest Royal Mail depot for final delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard delivery is Royal Mail International (untracked) unless stated otherwise. Oversized items or items weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier. In some cases, we may not be able to send, depending on location and weight of parcel - in these circumstances we will let you know as soon as possible.
RETURNS
We accept returns up until 30 days after purchase providing the item(s) are unused, undamaged and in their original state. Buyer pays return postage. While we take the greatest care with all our orders, if there is a problem or the item is damaged or faulty then please let us know and we will do what we can to help.
