Our Standard freight is for courier service only, If your
address is PO BOX, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service.
If you are not reachable during business hours, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service. if no one accepts the parcel at your address, the postman will leave the parcel at the local post office for you to pick up.
Delivery: We prefer to ship items with
couriers, please provide your address so that you are available during business hours. If the receiver is not available when the courier
attempts to deliver, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

Warranty:
1) We will ONLY accept a return within 30 Days
of invoice, providing the item has a fault or is not as described. Returned
items must be checked and tested to confirm the fault before we issue a full
refund or replacement.
2) The
Customer is responsible for the return postage.
3) 15% restocking fee applies to returned
items where there is no fault found; or the buyers change their mind or have
made an incorrect choice by their own decision.
4) The returned Item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition e.g. including product packaging and must be complete or this will affect your right to a refund or replacement.
