You are buying 1 custom designed guitar neck plate, a tribute to various guitar models. These are not manufacturer's plates.
You choose the design, color and serial number. Layout will be like shown - modifications upon request.
| About the plates | We carry 2 types of neck plates - high-strength anodized aluminum and plated steel. They are all sized to the Fender standard: 2" x 2.5" with holes on center at 1.5" and 2", respectively, and about 2mm thick. For the colors shown in pull-down "Plate Color", those are steel plates. If you want a Red, Blue, Green, Purple or Black anodized aluminum plate, let us know after you pay (those plates engrave white/gray). |
| About the engraving | High resolution engraving is performed with one of our lasers, engraving a fraction-of-an-inch into the surface. The steel plates show the engraving in a rich brown color. Black Steel can also engrave Silver. Chrome neck plates can go through a process to change the engraving color to Black. The engraving is permanent. Only physical abrasion will affect the quality of the engraving. |
| Gasket & Screws | You will receive a black plastic mounting gasket and 4 screws. The black plates will come with black screws; the gold plate with gold screws; and all other plates will come with chrome screws. |
