The product must be in an unused (in original packaging) condition.
The customer will be responsible for return freight with tracking and insurance.

plates, or any concerns about your physical health. Frail
individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult when
using any vibration device. These contra indications do not
mean that you are not able to use a vibration or exercise device but
we advise you to consult a doctor first.
Ongoing research is being done to the effects of vibration exercise
for specific medical disorders. This will likely result in the
shortening of the list of contra indications as shown above.
Practical experience has shown that integration of vibration
exercise into a treatment plan is advisory in number of cases.
This must be done on the advice of and in accompaniment with a
doctor, specialist or physiotherapist. |

Shipping Information:
We normally ship all orders within the same or next business day after payment has been approved or cleared. We ship all orders via
USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground Services, with the exception of Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada in which we may use other shippers with extra surcharge. International orders will be shipped via Air Freight.

Program. Please Note: Import duties,

buyer's cost. Returned items will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee, and must be NEW and in Original Packaging and also resalable condition. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
