The laptop posts to the bios, and it boots to a freshly reset copy of Windows 10 Professional. The laptop was cleaned and tested. A Battery is not included. A power adapter is included. The power adapters are Lenovo Brand you may get a circle style or rectangle style. These are not stock photos they are photos of the actual laptop you get.


All items have been donated to help further our Mission in providing quality jobs for individuals with disabilities and other barriers.  All items are USED unless stated otherwise within the listing itself.  Please note that because many of our items are donated from local department stores, packaging may have SALVAGE stickers or other type of tags on the exterior of the packaging.  All items with SALVAGE tags have been checked, verified, and tested to the best of our ability.

    OEM     Packaging    All items are donated to further our Mission in providing quality work for individuals with disabilities and other barriers.  Since we may receive items in bulk in different phases, package condition may differ than one shown in images. UPC barcodes may be marked and/or cut out. Contents however will not be affected. Please keep this in mind when making your bids.   
    Customer   Service    Our customer service operation runs Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm (EST). If you are inquiring on items within these times, allow us to respond momentarily. If your question is sent during the weekend, holiday, OR after hours, please allow us the next business day to respond. All questions are to be sent via ticket system within the ShopGoodwill website.   
    Legal Disclaimer    You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or bid on items that are sharp and/or shoot projectiles of any sort.     Shipping    Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared. Most items are shipped within the next business day after a payment has cleared. If your item was won and/or paid during the weekend, we will ship your item within the next business day.
We only ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We do not accept third party shipping labels.   
    Local Pickup    Please note that (1) items must be paid with payment cleared, and (2) an appointment must be made and confirmed. A personal ID must be presented when picking up items.
To schedule a pickup, please email us accordingly. ANY item can be optioned for pick up. We do not accept same day pick-ups under any circumstances!
If multiple appointments are scheduled and missed, your item will be considered a donation to Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and will be relisted again for auction without notice.   
    Payment    All items must be paid online via PayPal. We do not accept physical payments on site under any circumstances.   
    Refunds    All refunds are subject to evaluation by the manager and is done so on a case by case basis. Although all items are SOLD AS IS, if there is gross misrepresentation and/or damage not stated nor seen within the listing – we will honor refunds.
