• My mother adored fashion and haunted Boston's Filene's Department Store.  From her estate, these silver tone large round vintage 80s earrings have a lovely design and are in excellent condition.The earrings have engraved vertical lines, in concert with the flat areas of silver tone. The flaw is on the top of each earring clip on arm. At the top of each, there is a black mark, most likely from the removal of ear cushions, I think it could be cleaned. I have included a quarter in photo for size. They are very beautiful and unusual.
  
• The earrings are marked Dauplaise, from the company Carol Dauplaise formed in 1978, even though she was in the business since 1959.   Even if you have pierced ears, these clip ons will be fun to wear and they fit securely & comfortably on your ear lobes.
