One photo has it in between a delft blue piece and a light green piece. Those extra pieces are not included in the auction and are for color comparison purposes only.
Ebay is calculating the shipping. If you live far away and Ebay says that the cost is higher than $13.60, ignore it. The most I will invoice is $13.60. If it shows less, that is the correct shipping cost.
