If you know how to fix this stuff, you could get one for cheap given a brand new one sells between $25-$45 last time I checked!

It includes: plate, cord and plug/charger. Assume the original box or original accessories are NOT INCLUDED.
I can't find them as of writing time, but if I find them, I'll include them of course.
