We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable address,but the shipping fee of the returned items will need paying by buyers due to incorrect or undeliverable address. We shall try best to resolve the issue in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned if the item is lost in the c se of the delivery. All items carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.Be sure to contact us first before sending the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.
Warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer's or user's party. Your refund can be made upon receipt of the returned item,but no refund can be arranged if the returned item doesn't arrive. A full refund will be completed within 24 h s upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of error,but the items must be returned within 30 days. Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided first if the item needs returning. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. We cannot accept the returns if you have got no RMA number or returning address. The items should be returned in New condition and with the original package,including cartons,parts and user's manual,etc. Your feedback is very important for us, positive feedback and high DSR is highly appreciated.
