We try our hardest to describe every item accurately. We do sell mostly used boots and there can be many different things to look at and check. Even despite close inspection we don't always find everything. We also don't wear them to check for anything. What we do is a good check both inside and outside, feeling with our hands and looking carefully under the light. However we are only human and mistakes can be made.We will always refund you like any High Street shop. We're afraid we don't refund postage costs.
