This Simplicity sewing pattern was published in the 1940s and is factory folded, uncut and complete.  The pattern is a Size 16 Bust 34 and is for a double breasted coat and skirt. The pattern envelope is in poor condition with three out of four sides split open.


CONDITION

Smoke free home but it is unknown if the previous environment was also smoke or pet free.  Any odors detected will be addressed in the description.
