1. Unless otherwise stated all 4WD Power Parts products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase as stated on the relevant invoice that must be produced as proof of purchase.

    2.  The Warranty becomes void if the product is installed in the incorrect application or has been installed without regard for the installation instructions.

    3.  We will offer replacement items (not refunds) if:

•           Item is damaged on arrival.
•           There is a manufacturing fault with the item
•           The item is not what your ordered.

    4.  If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund providing the item is in a saleable condition less a15% fee for repacking and any return freight costs incurred. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

    5.  Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.

    6.  Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been accepted by 4WD Power Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between 4WD Power Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.

    7.  No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and inspection of the goods that are claimed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

    8. Please choose your parts carefully and me sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will be happy to help when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

 
• Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been completed. Deliveries will be made during business hours Monday to Friday.

 
• We will combine items when possible to save you shipping costs. We encourage this and you will find great savings on shipping by purchasing multiple items. 

 
•  We select the carrier to suit your order size and destination.

 
• Most items shipped from Melbourne will take 2 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.

 
•  A signature will be required on receipt of your shipment. If no one is at the delivery location a card will be left for pick up at your local Mail Centre or freight depot.
