Can't connect the wrong three lines

The "1" and "3" lines are power lines, and the "2" is the output line. Except that the power line ("1", "3" line) can be exchanged, the "2" line can only be the output line. Once the above-mentioned lines are connected incorrectly, linear errors will occur, control is very difficult, control precision is poor, and jumping is easy to display.

Installation is better for neutral

The angle allows ±12° error, and the parallelism allows ±0.5mm. If the angle error and the parallelism error are both too large, the display digital jump will be caused. In this case, be sure to adjust the angle and parallelism.

Prevent short circuit

During the operation of the displacement sensor electronic ruler, the data is displayed at a certain point or not, and the data is skipped or not displayed. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connection line is damaged and a short circuit to the ground caused by regular contact with the metal casing of the machine.

Avoid aging

Note: For the electronic ruler which has been used for a long time, the seal is aging, there may be many impurities, and there is a mixture of oil and water, which affects the contact resistance of the brush, which causes the display to jump. It can be considered as the early damage of the displacement sensor electronic scale itself.

If the electronic ruler has been used for a long time, and the seal has deteriorated, and there are many impurities, and the water mixture and oil will seriously affect the contact resistance of the brush, the number of the display will keep jumping. At this time, it can be said that the electronic scale of the linear displacement sensor has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
