Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the unlikely event that your item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition, or we have made a mistake on your personalisation.
If this does happen, please message us and where possible include photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. Of course, we’ll also pay the return postage.
If you return an item to us without first getting a form, it may delay your refund.
