Unless the item is not as described, all items are sold AS-IS and can't be returned. I do not have expert knowledge regarding the items I sell. I do my best to include everything I KNOW about an item (manufacturer, model #, my experience, etc.), but I typically don't know technical specifications or compatibility issues. Please only bid if you are reasonably familiar with the item or you are willing to take a chance. I will do my best to answer any questions you might have.

Electronic items that are described as functional and arrive non-functional can be returned as long as I am notified within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. Unless otherwise stated, I will reimburse shipping fees as well for DOA items but notify me FIRST.

Finally, if you feel you can't leave positive feedback for me after receiving your item, PLEASE contact me ASAP. If there was a reasonable issue with the item I sent, I will make it right to earn positive feedback.
