Deliveries will be made by post / or by an independent carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order.

It is your responsibility to provide us with all appropriate delivery destination and information including contact number you can be contacted on during business hours.

If we ourselves are not able to deliver your Goods within 10 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us, or by instructions received from the recipient.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your goods, please contact us within 7 days,

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return your item and your cost. Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 21 days of the purchase date. All returns will occur a 15% restocking fee which will be subtracted from from your refund of purchase.

We reserve the rights to evaluate goods upon return to evaluate defects or misuse.

We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee
