A Vintage 1950s Machinists Factory Lamp.
A classic industrial Desk Lamp.
Used in industrial and manufacturing applications, the lamp has a base that can be fitted to a wall or desk with the use of screws or nuts and bolts. The lamp has multiple pivot points that are friction operated and allow a range of adjustments.
The lamp is made from heavy steel box section with remnants of its green finish still in place. The shade is enamel Green.
The lamp has modern earthed wiring fitted as well as a modern brass bulb holder and cord grip.
The lamp works well.
When straight Maximum reach is around 74 cm - Base is 6 x 7.5 Cm.
Shade Diameter is 17 Cm.

Condition......Solid and sound for age....Points to note...
1. The lamp served in an industrial application and has marks associated with use.
2. Areas of finish loss to the metalwork.
3. Some old paint marks to mounting base.
4. Scratching to inside of shade.
5. No Wall Plugs or bolts are included.
6. The lamp has a long length of modern wiring fitted.
