"Out of the Forest" Bear by Denise Purrington - Ezell.  OOAK -   One OF A KIND/PROTO  bear.  Bear measures approximately 13 inches when standing.   Appears to be named either "Little Butt"  or "Little Batt"  Leather tag attached signed by artist with the date I believe is 2004.  "Out of the Forest" bear tag signed by artist also.  Handsome bear.  Refer to photographs for further description.
