Shipment is made within 4 working days, from Monday to Friday using the method indicated on the advertisement. The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the purchaser in the times and in the ways provided for by the chosen system (it is not liable for any delay)

The tracking code will be delivered only if the shipping method requires it, on request and, starting from the day after shipment. If your package is found stranded or in stock we will notify you and do what in ns. possession to overcome the impasse.

When you receive the product please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so we ask you to release Positive Feedback.

Customers who purchase with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods can not exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated below. The communication may be sent, within the same period, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

the intention to avail itself of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999
the indication of the product (s) for which (s) you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
the data relating to your bank account (this is to allow the return of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, send back the purchased products to the following address. The payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.
