This is an official FEMSA (Fire and Emergency Manufacturersand Services Association, Inc.) protective footwear for structural firefighting as per Official User Information Guide included with these boots. Made out of genuine leather upper and anti-slip NITRIL soles with slight stains (see pictures). There are no tears, stains on the smooth outer leather surface nor rust on metal hardware whatsoever.
