The Grandview at Las Vegas is your Oasis in the desert. While the weather is hot, lay out on the large sundeck by one of the four pools located throughout the property. Exercise in the fitness room or play some games in the video arcade. The Grandview is a family oriented resort which is located adjacent to the South Point Casino which has several restaurants, movie theaters and a bowling alley. Resort offers free shuttle service to the grocery store. Shuttle Service to airport for a fee which is subject to change.
Resort charges the buyer an amenities fee of $25USD and a service charge fee of $5USD due at check-in.
Minimum age to check in is 21. No pets, no smoking in units, no RV/trailer/boat parking. Security deposit required upon check-in, credit card imprint required upon check-in. No timeshare sales presentation/property tour is required.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM local time and check-out is at 10:00 AM local time.

Bookings run from Friday to Friday or from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
Dates that are less than 45 days out start at $650CAD for the 1 bedroom suite units, but beyond 45 days out,the price unfortunately goes up. The two bedroom suites are not available as often but can be found. They of course do cost more, but I can usually find one pretty close to your desired dates. Message us with your desired travel dates and we will quickly check availability and get back to you.
How it works:
Once you find the available date you want, we will place the dates on a 24-hour hold and message you back to confirm availability. Then you must pay for the vacation through PayPal within 12 hours, so we can book your vacation for you. After your vacation is booked, we will email you your confirmation and vacation details. BE SURE TO GIVE US YOUR NAME (as it appears on the ID you will use at check-in) AND YOUR EMAIL, AS WELL AS YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS WHEN YOU PAY. (If we don't receive the needed contact information, we will have to refund your money and cancel the booking). When you email to discuss dates, let's also talk about RCI's cancellation procedure due to this virus. Right now they are giving refunds back in the form of a credit, that must be used (anywhere) within 6 months of cancellation, or before the owner's deeded week arrives (mine is the last week of Nov 2020). We can talk more about that though before we confirm anything. If the sale price is cheaper than the $650 I have listed, I'll tell you what to 'offer' in the 'offers allowed' portion.
