We are happy to offer online returns for orders placed on all our online shops within 30 days of purchase. You may return your Tecbro products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases made by debit or credit card and through PayPal will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Once the product is received back to our return address. It will be inspected and will be issued for full refund.

Return Exceptions

Tecbro does not accept returns on Customized and Made to Measure products/orders. Custom products are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturing or material defects in which case you may contact Customer Service via phone or email for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
