Delivery
All of our items are usually dispatched on the same or next working day from within the UK, depending on whether you order before 7am on a working day. If we do not receive the details we need to complete your order, there may be a delay in getting your order out. Items which are sent using our FREE DELIVERY Service are sent using ROYAL MAIL Second Class (3-5 working days). If you would like to receive your item quicker, please select the 'First Class' option (1-3 working days) when you come to buy your item. Please note, if you need the order the NEXT working day, 1st Class is not guaranteed to be next day. In this instance, please choose the Special Delivery Option, which is guaranteed to be next day (to most addresses).

   All items are sent with proof of postage. LOCAL PICKUP is available - Contact us to arrange a time. Packaging: We package our products in order to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, guaranteed.

Non-Receipt / Lost in Post Policy
We are a professional business, and have procedures in place to ensure your order is dispatched when we say that it has been dispatched. If it is not received, this can be due to a failing by the delivery company WHICH IS VERY RARE. In this instance, we will do everything to help find your item, and if necessary, replace your item. Due to the abuse of eBay's non-receipt process, (i.e. people claiming that they have not received an item and requesting a refund to obtain a free item), our Policy is to replace the item, and we DO NOT REFUND non-received items. Please do not purchase this item unless you understand this. You must contact us within 5 working days of your order being marked as dispatched if your item is not received.

Returns Policy
Everything you buy is backed by our Customer Service Policy. If you have a problem with your order, please message us to give us the chance to resolve your issue before opening up a case, as this can delay the process. Please bear in mind that we can take up to 24 working hours to respond to your query, so if you message us at 7pm on Friday, we will respond on the next working day (Usually Monday).


'Cooling Off' Policy
These components are made to order, and are classed as 'Special Order Items', or 'Bespoke Items'. This means that the standard 'cooling off' periods do not apply, and sadly, we cannot accept returns due to a change of heart because we cannot sell your order to somebody else.

Error with your Order?
Accidents do happen! If WE have made an error with your order, or your item is defective, we will replace your order at our expense. We will always check your communication to confirm whether the mistake is on our behalf or yours. If the mistake has been due to your communication, please do not threaten us with negative feedback if we are unable to rectify your fault free of charge. Our packaging area is CCTV monitored, and so we can always confirm what we have packed and dispatched.
   

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that we have made your order correctly before using it, and we cannot be responsible in the unlikely event that we have made your order incorrectly and you have received a fine/endorsement or have been subjected to some other action.
