Part number - 8855-40-300

I don't know what model it will suit so please compare photos & use part number to check if it will suit your vehicle.

It also has 0437 stamped into the muffler (see pics) which may indicate it will suit 1976 - 1980 121 Cosmo but I can't say for sure.
