DOMAIN  TRANSFER & OTHER INFORMATION:

1. Payment  within 2 days after winning the domain name(s). Once the payment is received  the domain name(s) will be transferred at the cost of seller as per the laws of  the United States of America. Transfer process is based on nature of domain,  mode of payment, bank clearance, special legal requirements etc. 
2. This transfer process is initiated within 4-7 days of receiving full payment.  Soon after full payment is received, we request buyer’s basic information. The  domain names will be transferred based on this buyer’s supplied information.  Customs, other foreign taxes and local taxes if any are buyer’s responsibility.
3. This sale  is for the domain name(s) only. No website or hosting or business or any entity  included. All names are pre-owned & registered with GoDaddy and unless  described carries no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, no technical  support and sale is "as is" final sale with no exchange, no refund  and no return. Review and evaluate the domain name(s), its description etc. Contact  me for more information, questions and clarifications about the domain name  before you bid. 
4. Soon after transfer of the domain name, it is buyer’s  responsibility to maintain and manage the domain name(s). Buyer agrees to  assume total responsibility related to domain name(s) and related website(s),  hosting, usage, content, ethical standards, management, and handling of the  domain name(s) bought from us. Buyer also agrees to assume all liability for  any incident, accident, any illness, injury, damages, error & omissions and  consequential losses arising there from and waives any or all claims against  seller. By participating in this auction, it is deemed that buyer has fully  accepted these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to end listing or  cancel bids at any time
5. It is  the BUYER'S responsibility to check the WHO-IS information  (whois.net) which will show the expiration date. The remaining  time on the existing registration period is included with the domain  name.
6. Winning  Bidder will be required to use a PayPal account for payment or a service such  as Escrow.com depending on which service is agreed upon by buyer and seller
7. Once  domain name is transferred to the BUYER's Registrar, it will be  the BUYER'S responsibility to renew the domain name
8. To transfer  domain to another registrar, BUYER is responsible for initiating the  transfer and for payment of any fees charged by the transfer-to registrar.
9. No implied  warranties, nor other products or services are included with the domain
10. Valid  name, address and email required for domain registration under buyer's name
11. Recent  negative feedback Bidders are subject to being disqualified from bidding
12.  Graphics  are for advertising and entertainment purposes

Damaged Item:

I do not accept returns unless item is damaged during shipment. I must be notified about your damaged item within 48 hours from your delivery date or your return will be void. All item(s) being sold are insured by, either Fedex, UPS, USPS mail. If your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of your delivery date. You will then be emailed instruction on how to go about helping me file an insurance claim on your end. Please save original box and all packing materials, and along with photos. If you fail to follow my instructions on how to file an insurance claim your refund/return bill be VOID.
