Delivery / Shipping

·          This store will ship products to you direct from our premises following purchase and payment.

·          Delivery times may vary depending on your location, generally it takes approximately 3 to 5 Business days. Deliveries via Australia Post can be tracked using the tracking number via the Australian Post website.

·          We aim to send out items within 24 hours from purchase.  Occasionally items will be posted one or two days later, if it's going to take any longer you will be notified.

·          We ONLY ship to the address attached to your eBAY/PayPal account

·          Items are not posted on Saturday, Sunday and Australia Public Holidays.

·          We ship with Australia Post and have tracking available on request for your items.

·          We also do local pickup free of charge. Please advise using Ebay message service if you prefer to collect from us direct.

Warranty

·          Items sold as NEW are covered by the manufacturer’s listed warranty period and terms & conditions – generally 12 months from Date of Purchase.  

·          Items such as Spare Parts & Accessories (eg Remote Controls) sold as NEW are covered by 3 months warranty or per Manufacturer’s terms & conditions.

·          Items sold as REFURBISHED or 2nd HAND are tested before sale by our Technicians, and are sold on a as is basis-no warranty. 

·          If you find any issues on any purchased product, please contact us directly and explain the issue, we will respond quickly to your concerns.

·          Warranty does not cover customer misuse or breakage or damage by other means.

Returns

·          We do not accept returns because of change of mind or the like.

·          If you are having an issue with a product sold to you by us, please contact us so that we can assist you.  We aim to please our customers and achieve positive ratings.

·          Any product returns to our store must be authorised first, please email for a Job/RA number prior to return.  This number must be placed on the address label on return to us.

·          All product returns to our store are at the cost of the buyer.  Please ensure returns are packaged well to avoid physical damage as we will not be liable for damage in transit.  Example use bubble wrap/box as applicable to the item size and weight and fragility.
