We offer full insurance on all parcels in case of products being lost during transit or arriving damaged. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged simply email us with photos of any damage and we will gladly replace. Some items may need to be sent back for confirmation before replacement.

Your order will be produced/dispatched as soon as possible after payment. We ship every weekday Mon-Friday to ensure you receive your order ASAP. Allow for production time as outlined above.

- We do our best to ensure all descriptions and product images are as accurate as possible. Some colour variations may occur between computer monitors.

- For personalised items we do not generally send artwork proofs as it slows down advertised production times. With this in mind it is up to you to ensure all information supplied is 100% correct before sending it through.

- Check all details and spelling. We copy and paste from the information supplied to ensure 100% accuracy. If for any reason you make a mistake in submission and your item has already been produced we are not liable for any costs in remaking, additional costs will be up to the buyer. So please double check all info before sending through.

- All production times advertised are estimates only so please contact us to confirm if your order is urgent. Because the majority of our items are personalised returns are not accepted due to change of mind.

- If an item is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge. Your order will be shipped to the registered ebay address at time of purchase, please ensure your address on ebay is correct.
