Delivery
Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct
delivery address. The goods are dispatched to the Buyer's address in
eBay records. If there is any change in your personal details, please
update your address before checkout. If you want to arrange a delivery
to a different address than your own, please add the new address for
delivery at checkout.
The
Delivery Time: depends upon the type of delivery service selected by
the buyer. Please check the table below for the carrier handling times
and these are only to be used as guidance. In exceptional cases these
times can be much longer.

Mail: Please first of all contact your local post office as we have
found over the time that in many cases the Royal Mail postmen fail to
leave a notice for parcels. All you need to ask them is if they have any
parcels for your address waiting for you to collect. If they cannot
help you with this please contact us.
Hermes
& Parcel force: Please contact us and we will provide you the
tracking information and if needed we will chase the courier for you.
Royal
Mail / Post Office: Normal delivery time for international deliveries
is 9-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and Bank holidays)
after receiving the dispatch email is sent. In case of any delay it may
take up to 25 business days to deliver. Otherwise please contact us and
we will provide you with the tracking information, if you have paid for
the Royal Mail International Signed-for Delivery Service.
Courier Service: Varies depending upon the geographical distance and the carrier (contact us for further information).
Receiving
Delivery: When you receive your item you must check the package, if
damaged you must mark this on the form ('DAMAGED') when signing (signing
as unchecked will not be sufficient). All damage to items must then be
reported to us by telephone or eBay messages within 24 hours as soon as
possible.
Damaged Item Or Order Not Delivered:
After
an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system,
who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes
can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please

touch before leaving feedback to resolve your issue.
Item
Not Delivered: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days in
the UK or 30 working days outside the UK please contact us and we will
investigate the issue and take an appropriate action.

is a possibility that items can get damaged in the transit. When you
receive your item you must check the package for any sign of damage, if
damaged you must mark this on the form ('DAMAGED') when signing (signing
as unchecked will not be sufficient). All damage to items must then be
