Union Jack Skirt  - Skirt material is 100% Polycotton. Has an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. Length of skirt is 17" (Above the Knee Skirts)

Polycotton Polka Dot Union Jack skirt is 12 inches length with an attached white net underskirt that is 2 inches longer. 

All skirts have an elasticated waistband which has at least 6 inches stretch in them.
