GRAY HAWK'S HORSE RAID (SUITE OF 4) #1/45

(Limited Edition giclee on paper)

The tale of the one of Daniel Long Soldier’s warrior forefathers is the subject of his latest Lakota Wicitowa (Lakota Paintings), created on 19th century ledger paper and faithfully reproduced in this four-piece Fine Art Edition. The naïve drawing style on an authentic 1800’s ledger immediately raises the question of whether or not we are looking at something created 150 years ago or today. This fine art suite is as authentic a piece of Great Plain’s history as any collector of the Native American experience could own.
