Black Kokutan Ebony Wood Lens beads with Tiger eye Bracelet

Materials : Kokutan (Ebony) Wood, Tiger eye, Silicon rubber cord
Diameter : about 54mm(Strech) We adjust the size of the bracelet for a fee.
Head bead size : about 12mm
Main beads size : about 10mm

Handmade in Kyoto, Japan.

Ebony is a dense black/brown hardwood, most commonly yielded by several different species in the genus Diospyros, which also contains the persimmons. Ebony is dense enough to sink in water. It is finely-textured and has a very smooth finish when polished, making it valuable as an ornamental wood. It's very fit for as a gift or souvenir.

In Japan, Buddhists have Prayer beads (Juzu, Nenju). Kyoto is famous as a producing center of Prayer beads.
