This is an ADF Feeder Roller set. It is the two roller assembly which picks up the paper. 
It has been restored to like-new condition. 
If you have problems with paper being picked up, this is the part you need. 
It is replaceable without any screws. Just the Gray Button in the middle 

of assembly needs to be pressed to release old Roller set, and insert this by also pressing same button.

For all OfficeJet Pro L series printers, including L7780, L7650, L7680, L7590.
