Payment and Refunds: Please pay by PayPal within 4 days from end of auction. After 4 days you may receive a payment reminder/unpaid item notice. We use E-Bay unpaid assistant, which will open an unpaid item case automatically. NOTE: E-CHECKS take a period of at least 4-10 business days to clear before we receive clear payment. You have 14 days from time of receipt of the purchase item to inspect your item and report any problems to us.

Returns: E-Bay new rules make I necessary for us to “say no returns” but If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund within that 14 days of receipt of purchase. Special extension on returns is available for Holidays shopping. Please EMAIL US with any problems, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

International Transactions: Buyer is responsible for any and all import/duties fees and taxes that may apply to the order. Shipping to Canada and Mexico only.

Shipping: We ship within two (2) business days after receipt of clear payment including Saturday (Exception are Sunday, Holidays and weather conditions). Our cutoff times are 9PM (M-F) and 11AM (Sat) our local time. OVERNIGHT shipping is available on all orders (please ask for a quote – include your zip code). If you prefer a different shipping then those specified, please contact us. We're willing to work with anyone. Order(s) totaling Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more will be sent signature required and not just drop off at the door (no additional charge to buyer-seller expense). NOTE: USPS doesn't always update shipping information until the package reaches a sorting point.

Combined shipping: If you have purchased multiple items, we will combined them (if possible) and refund any excess postage (in excess of a dollar) to you, or please email/wait for an combined invoice amount. Postage is based on total weight and zip code of delivery. Invoices are sent 6AM (our time) daily. If you plan to purchase over a period of five (5) days, please let us know so we can adjust the E-Bay unpaid assistant accordingly.
