Hector Lopez played for the Kansas City Athletics (1955–1959) and the New York Yankees (1959–1966).  After retiring from baseball, he went on to become a groundbreaking manager in minor league baseball as the first to break the baseball color line as a black manager at the AAA level for the Buffalo Bisons and then served in various international managerial and coaching positions.

This is a navy mesh pullover Old Timers Game jersey with two buttons at the neckline.  AUTOGRAPHED “Hector Lopez” in white on the sewn on intertwined "NY" on the left chest.  White sewn on numbers on the back.  Above the numbers is a navy and white patch featuring a player batting with four white stars arched above him.  Two tags in the collar.  One is a black Wilson tag with a white size 48 tag under it with "LOPEZ" written on it with a black marker.

Included are a pair of white pinstripe pants featuring the white Majestic Authentic Collection tag next to a white strip patch that has "11 Lopez 38-38 30 '12 OT" embroidered on it in black.

This is all I have on these.  I do not have any other information on them.
