With these pants the person wearing is seen if light hits them

CLASS E LEVEL 2
Navy on upper of pants and with yellow on lower part of pants with reflector stripes
Draw string waist.
Don't think these were worn but he put in back of truck and they got real dirty. I soaked these but did not wash or scrub. They still look dirty but as you can see in 1st pic they do a great job reflecting as they are made to do.
