Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided with the product(s). If you find a discrepancy or are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. 

If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind about your purchase, SimplyTools will offer you an exchange or credit provided that you return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 28 days of purchase, accompanied with the original tax invoice/receipt. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are unmarked and suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. 

Any products ordered via Simply Tools that meet the requirements stated above will need to be returned to SimplyTools at the customer’s expense. However before doing so, customers must email Simply Tools to have the return authorised. 

SimplyTools will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by SimplyTools. 

Warranty 

In the event that a product develops a fault that appears to have been caused during its manufacture or otherwise prior to purchase (excluding, for example, faults due to wilful damage, environmental conditions or customer misuse post-purchase), you should notify SimplyTools immediately upon noticing the fault. 

All tools sold by SimplyTools are covered by a Manufacturer warranty, whether it be a LifeTime guarantee OR a Limited Warranty. The warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. The warranty that applies will be displayed on each specific product page, along with the relevant terms of the warranty. 

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product purchased via SimplyTools, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.
