Historical Document

Injun Joe was immortalized in the Mark Twain novels. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and others. Joe was 1/2 African-American  and1/2 Native American and although he was never specifically identified by Samuel Clemens, it is understood that Joe Douglass was the man that he patterned the character after. Injun Joe died a respectable man in 1923 in Hannibal, MO!

Now you can have a piece of history: the DEATH CERTIFICATE of Joe Douglass.  Lists interesting facts and is very collectible. Death certificate copy provides much interesting information about the deceased and would be a wonderful collectible for history buffs.
