Shipping Policy: Our goal is to ship in a timely manner in order to create a positive customer experience. We use both USPS Priority expedited and First-Class shipping depending on which one will be more economical for the customer. All orders ship on the same business day the order was received and paid, if the order was completed and paid by 10:00 AM CST. Consequently, if your order is completed on Monday prior to 10 AM, it will ship on Monday. After 10 AM, it will go out the next business day. If your order is received on Friday after 10 AM CST, the order will ship on Monday and if received on a holiday, it will ship the next business day after the holiday(s). Business days are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST.

Payment Policy: All orders require immediate payment. The payment must be paid with PayPal prior to shipment. If you make an offer and it is accepted, the expectation is that the order should be paid as soon as the offer is accepted.  Due to the recent increase in offers accepted, but not paid, an unpaid items case will automatically be opened if the item goes unpaid after 48 hours.

 Return Policy: We offer 30-day returns. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. We want you to be happy with your purchase so, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We value our customers and are happy to assist!
