Opticron 42616 QR Plate for 'GS' 665/815 GA
Item is new old stock, therefore the box may show some slight signs of age the contents have never been used.

you can see from the images it is in excellent condition, these plates have been kept in their original packaging so have never been used as you can see from the images.
According to the packaging these plates are for the GS665 GA and GS 815 GA to the 42600 Pan head which commonly came on the 42603/04 lens.
