All shipping fee includes insurance which insures the value of your order, in case if the package is lost, 

we will claim the insurance to recover the lost. We will ship the replacement products to you when the package is confirmed lost in delivery. All package delivery require signature of an adult 21 or older to accept the package. FedEx and UPS will attempt 3 times and leave notice if no one claims the package at the location. After 3 delivery attempts, the unclaimed package will be returned to sender. 

Return Merchandise Conditions & Procedures ::

  1. Merchandises must be receive within 10 business days from the day order was delivered.
  2. Returned merchandises must be in their original brand new condition with labels attached.
  3. Used merchandises can not be returned for refund, NO EXCEPTION.
  4. Products with manufacturer's defect can be returned for refund or exchange, no re-stocking fee will apply to manufacturer's defect products.
  5. 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Customers are responsible for all the return package shipping cost.
  7. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
