All goods supplied by our shop are warranted free from defects for 24 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, please inform us as soon as possible, in order to help you resolve the problem.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your parcel has been dispatched and not arrived, please contact us via email or ebay message and we will help you with tracking details for your parcel.
You will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier. If you wish for the part to be delivered to an alternative address please contact us before paying for the item.
