Our Policies

If you have any kind of concerns with
the purchased product, we will do everything possible to make it right. Please
contact us if you have any questions or issues and we will do everything we can
to get back to you within 48 hours.
Payment
We only accept eBay payment and ship to
confirmed addresses.
All auction winning payments must be
made within 5 days from the winning date and immediate payments on "Buy It
Now" purchases.
Shipping
All orders processed within 1 business
day after payment is cleared.
We use USPS and UPS as our shipping
carrier. Please let us know if there are any delays.
We always ship as quickly as possible,
with our goal of shipping your item(s) the next business day (or on Monday if
we receive payments on weekends) understanding that you are anxious to get your
hands on your merchandise as quickly as possible.
We DO NOT ship to any other address
other than the one specified at check out and confirmed by eBay. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!
Return Policies
We test all our refurbished items prior
to shipping out the orders. Nevertheless, if for whatever reason, the item that
you received does not match the item description or have issues, please
contact us before you leave negative feedback, and we will do our best to make
the situation right by solving the problem with you. Below are the
pre-conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:
1. The buyer must notify
OneStopGadget on eBay of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item. Within
14 days, you may return your OneStopGadget purchase for a full refund excluding
the shipping costs. Returns made after 14 days of the purchase date will be
charged a Restocking fee of 20%. Returns are accepted only when the item is in
the original condition as received along with its original contents and
packaging.
2. Refunds will be made
only after the return item is received in the condition previously mentioned.
Refunds can take up to 2 business days to process once the items are received
at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds quickly as
possible.
3. All return/exchange
items must be returned in the same physical condition (any alterations to
the item or if the item comes back with water damaged we will not refund or
exchange that item) that they were received.
For open box, used items, or items with
the labels/tags detached, missing parts, we reserve the right to charge up to
50% restocking fee.
