Lot includes (left to right, top to bottom):

Gymboree - Red, black and creamy white plaid skirt with attached shorts. Elastic back. 

Land's End - Brown corduroy skirt with an adjustable waist and attached shorts.

Lucy Sykes - Grey corduroy skirt with two purple velvet stripes and sequins accents. Elastic waist.

Hartstrings - Brown velvet like skirt with stitched pink hearts and ribbon belt. Elastic back.

The Children's Place - Soft blue and pink tweed skirt with attached shorts. Slips on. There is a small pull on the back (as seen in pic). 

Also, it seems that the skirt may have lost the elasticity around the waist. 

Ug, and I just noticed a hole the size of a dime on the side seam of the skirt. 

Price has now been reduced because of this!
