Beautiful hair barrette handmade in the ancient Mexican city of Taxco, one of the oldest mining sites in the Americas and a leading center for quality, handcrafted jewelry. It has never been worn.
This barrette is oval with scalloped edging and is 100% Solid Sterling SILVER 925. The barrette is about 3 inches long and about 1 3/8 inches across at the widest point. It weighs 20.5 grams and is signed "MEXICO TS-2 925."
This is in perfect unworn condition with little to no patina. It does have residue from an old price tag which could be cleaned off easily with polish.
