Circa 1800 Dairy Cream Skimmer, Handmade from a single piece of heavy gauge brass. The dairy skimmer features a hanging hole in the handle and in the opposite end six concentric circles of holes. There are signs of wear - please see images. The dairy skimmer measures from end to end 59.5cm, the diameter of the circular end measures 19cm and the handle measures 3.5cm at its widest to 2cm at its thinnest.
