This PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE quality WIRED burglar alarm kit, Ideal for garage, workshop or factory units as fitted by Professional UK alarm installers and features a fully programmable 8 Zone, Texecom Veritas 8 control panel with a Built-in LED keypad is a very well known and respected brand in the professional security industry.
This kit includes PROFESSIONAL, UNIQUE, 2nd Generation, DUAL TECHNOLOGY PIR detectors that are suitable for harsh environments where maximum false alarm immunity is required and are particularly suited to applications such as garages, workshops and industrial units. The detectors have a maximum detection range of 12 Meters and a maximum mounting height of 3 meters. Due to the UNIQUE, human, detection element the detector is pet friendly, ideal if the area they are installed in has a possibility of small animals, such as vermin, entering the protected area, the detector is capable of ignoring a small to medium sized animal, minimising false alarms.
We have also included in this kit Heavy Duty, Industrial, surface mounted door contacts. These contacts are very handy due to the wide operating gap of up to 40mm and can be used to protect both metal and wooden doors as well as windows and industrial doors. They are constructed from plastic and have 5 connection terminals, 2 for the alarm and 2 for tamper and 2 for termination of extra cores.
The burglar alarm kit includes a VERY LOUD, LIVE bell box of a slimline modern design with an integrated 115db siren, strobe, back up battery, warning / comfort lights and is fully tamper protected.
The kit also includes a GSM Autodialler works on standard UK and European Mobile Networks* with either 'Contract' or 'Pay as you Go' SIM Cards and is ideal for installation where it is not convenient to connect to a landline telephone or one is not fitted to the protected premises or where a phone line may be easily cut rendering traditional diallers useless. When the GSM autodialler is triggered it will use the mobile phone network (in the same way as a mobile phone does) to relay your programmed SMS to up to 5 pre-programmed numbers of your choice and send a customised, programmable SMS message. Simple installation and easy programming and is supplied with an easy to follow instruction guide.

Warranty
All items we supply are new and unused and carry a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If you wish to return your item(s) you must do so within 14 days after receipt. Any returned item(s) must be
unused, in their original packaging, in an as supplied condition and
must be complete. If you are a private individual we will exchange it
for something else, or refund the cost of the item(s) in full, if you
are a business we will exchange it for something else or deduct from
the refund a 20% restocking charge from the cost of the item(s).
Postage and packing charges will not be refunded and return shipping
charges are the senders responsibility. If the product has been
specially ordered for you the returns policy does not apply and you
cannot return the item(s). When the product has been used, tampered
with, is not complete, or is not in an as supplied condition the
returns policy does not apply and you cannot return the item(s).
You must contact us first to authorise any return via the eBay messaging system, if a return is accepted we will issue an RMA number to you with return instructions, if you do not contact us first your return will not be accepted.
