Only fits CSI85-780 boilers. If your PCB looks like this but your boiler is not CSI85-780 then you need a 0012CIR06020/0.

FAULT FINDING

Here is a list of the commonest symptoms that are caused by a faulty PCB:

          Blows fuse on PCB

          Pump runs but fan either does not run or is erratic

          Pump, fan and gas valve operate but no spark

          Pump, fan and air pressure switch operate but no gas valve or spark

          Boiler lights but shuts down after a few seconds

If your fault is not one of the above check other components (thermisters, water pressure switch, air pressure switch, controls, fan, pump etc) before deciding that the PCB is faulty.

SERVICE EXCHANGE

You have a choice of 2 options:

OPTION 1

Send us your old PCB. We will inspect it and, assuming it is in a repairable condition, we will send you a replacement PCB by return. If it is damaged beyond repair (i.e. excessively corroded, burnt or suffered from bodged repairs) we will advise you and request an additional payment of £40 before dispatching your replacement PCB.

OPTION 2

If you require a replacement PCB quickly you can pay an additional £40 deposit with your order. We will then dispatch your replacement PCB. When you receive this you return your old PCB to us in our packaging within 14 days. When we receive this we inspect it and, assuming it is in repairable condition, refund your £40 by Paypal.

Alternatively choose 'contact seller' or phone us on 01642 591373 or 07538 588200 and tell us you want an advance replacement PCB. We will then send you a Paypal Money Request for the deposit. When we receive your payment by Paypal we will dispatch your replacement PCB.

DELIVERY

If we receive your payment by 3pm we will dispatch your replacement PCB by Royal Mail Special Delivery so you should receive it next working day before 1pm.

RETURNS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contact to purchase within 7 days of receipt and to return the goods which must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt. You must pay the return postage. You should make sure that you use a guaranteed and insured delivery as we can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
