Bio-Fish Oil is rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids supporting healthy cardiovascular and immune systems and brain development.
Fish oils used by Pharma Nord are derived only from fish found in the Northern Atlantic and South East Pacific oceans. All fish oils are carefully screened to ensure that there is no contamination by heavy metals, pesticides or industrial toxins such as dioxins.

Pharma Nord's free fatty acid fish oil qualifies for a PureMax certificate, confirming that it is 50 percent lower in Dioxin and Furans than EU and CRN (Counsel for Responsible Nutrition) recommended levels and also 90 percent lower in Mercury and PCB.
The addition of vitamin B12 and folic acid to fish oil reduces the risk of congenital birth defects and is more effective in reducing menstrual pain.

Directions

Adults 1-4 capsules per day. Children from age of 4: 1-2 capsules per day. Content can be emptied out and taken by spoon.
